The Aussiepom is a result of crossing medium-sized Australian Shepherd and small-sized Pomeranian. Its size can be from small to medium-sized depending on which parent traits and characteristics it inherits more.

It is a very active dog that needs an energetic dog owner who can meet up with its activity level. It is suited in an apartment as well as a house with a yard.

The appearance of the Aussiepom depends on the dominant parent. The body is strong with a dense coat and feathery tail. The coat is usually solid in color with Australian Shepherd markings that give it a beautiful appearance.
