Ranking Stage – 3 to 6 Months

Ranking stage is where your Cairn Terrier acquire most of their personality traits. They will get affected by their playmates, both human and dogs. Moreover, they will be aware about the fact that their pack consists of both dogs and humans.

By this time, your Cairn Terrier might also want to dominate you however, you should teach them the difference between submission and dominance.
