My Barbet puppy is a poor eater; she never eats with gusto. She barley eats breakfast; will not eat at mid-day and eats some of her dinner. Her weight is good at 35 pounds at just 10 months; skin healthy; eyes clear and she is very alert. We feed her largely what the breeder recommended. The base is Purina Puppy Chow for sensitive stomachs with either some beef, lamb, pork or turkey and for dinner veggies like string beans, peas or carrots. She loves carrots so will eat one at mid-day. She is almost 11 months so I’m wondering whether we should shift to something like freeze dry food -meats, veggies, and carbs? Thanks for any help on this.
