The Shorty Bull is a new line of the Bulldogs that have been bred in a small size (miniature size). It is a small-sized dog with a muscular and compact body. It is used as a working dog and the founders are Jamie Sweet and Amy Krogman.
The Shorty Bull was bred focusing on the ability to work and other physical traits but not created focusing on its appearance. The eyes are droopy and ears are short and cropped. The chest is broad and the body is very well-muscled.
Temperament, Behavior, Personality
Temperament: Shorty Bulldog is an even-tempered, well-mannered dog that forms a very close bond with its family. They are alert and usually alarm its family about the approach of a stranger in the house which makes them a great watchdogs. Agile and curious, they are always searching and watching the area.

Behavior: The Shorty Bulldog has a high prey drive and will run after some small animals if they see one. Therefore a proper training is necessary and always keep it on a leash or a house with a fenced yard.
Personality: The personality of the Shorty Bull is very friendly, active, and sometimes comical. They make an excellent family companion as they are fond of its people and want to be involved in their regular activities. Take them out for jogging or just walking to keep them fit and happy.
Is Shorty Bull Child-Friendly?
Shorty Bulldog does great around children as they are loving, friendly, and playful around. They are entertaining that every kid loves to be around. Although they are a muscular dog that might accidentally knock over small kids and hurt them. Therefore, their interaction should be closely supervised as children might also play rough sometime and hurt your dog.

Trainability
Training Shorty Bulldog is not a very hard task to do as they are eager to please their owners. Start training them from a very early age and establish a firm leadership on them at a young age.
They tend to respond well to positive methods of training, so reward them with delicious treats and lots of vocal praises. This will encourage and motivate them to be focused on the training. Do not treat them harshly as harsh behavior can lead to their aggression.
