Czechoslovakian Vlcak Dog is an alert, ancient canine match with a wolf in appearance, they are very intelligent, loyal and active breed. Dogs of this breed are blessed with a good sense of smell and superior eyesight. They have high energy and stamina to boast.
They are sometimes known as the Czech Wolfdog, as both Czech and Slovak breeders gave contribution in its creation, and because it was developed in Czechoslova.

The Czechoslovakian Vlcak Dog Breed as expectedly originates from Czechoslovakia. In the ’50s they were bred to help with Border Patrol and were used by the military for attacks. And for this reason, they are very versatile and can easily survive in harsh conditions.
For their herding and tracking abilities, they are highly used throughout the US and Europe as rescue dogs.
